Accessibility Complaint Form
The City of Thomasville Disability Access Office (DAO) will make every effort to ensure the identification and removal of barriers to accessibility in its facilities, programs/services/activities, and and/or streets/traffic for persons with disabilities.
- Architectural Access: restrooms, doorways, counters heights, paths of travel, elevators, and drinking fountains; and building site curb ramps, slopes, curb cuts, sidewalks, parking, paths of travel, and handrails;
- Public Right-of-Way: right-of-way, pedestrian crossing signals, pedestrian crosswalks;
- Programs/Services/Activities: alternative means of communication, materials in alternative formats, meetings, and payments.
Citizens seeking to submit a general disturbance or public order complaint, such as noise or speeding, are encouraged to call the Thomasville Police Department non-emergency line at (229) 226-2101.
