The City of Thomasville is proud to serve our community by offering several options for citizens to report non-emergency issues. You can play a proactive part in our city by reporting problems you see in your community so that we can better serve you. Please complete this form and the appropriate staff member(s) will review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
To report an issue with any city utility, including utility outages, please contact the Utilities Response Center at (229) 227-5499.

For issues with your CNSNext services, please call (229) 227-7086 to speak with a technical support specialist during normal business hours.
For Utility Billing concerns or questions, please contact Customer Service at (229) 227-7001 during normal business hours of 8 am – 5 pm or the Utilities Response Center at (229) 277-5499 for after-hours assistance.
