We’ve introduced a Single Sign-On Service to help streamline all of the online features City of Thomasville Utilities customers have available for their utility accounts. Make payments online, learn about money-saving energy tips, and link other accounts using one convenient sign-on. To access the Single Sign-On Service, customers may need to register their accounts again with a new username and password. Once your new account is registered, you can link your Thomasville.org account with your utility account using the account number and PIN found on your utility bill.
