The City of Thomasville Water Department has finished the pipe/manhole work and will start resurfacing the road at 323 Glenwood Drive between Clay Street and Palmetto Drive on today, June 11, 2024. The work is expected to last several hours.
There will be a temporary road closure on Glenwood Drive between Clay Street and Palmetto Drive while the work is being completed. Detour signs will be posted, and travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to prepare for potential traffic delays. The road will be open to local traffic.
