For the second time, Jasmine Rice has made history with Thomasville Fire Rescue. Rice was the first African-American female hired with TFR when she joined the department in 2013. On Monday, July 11, 2016, the City will continue the project to improve the portion of Broad Street between Remington Avenue and Smith Avenue.
