The City of Thomasville Administrative Offices will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.
Due to the upcoming holiday, some City services will be affected. Schedules and additional hours are as follows:
Utilities Response Center
Regular 24-hour operational schedule. For assistance, call 229-227-5499.
City Residential and Commercial Refuse
City of Thomasville Monday residential and commercial refuse customers will receive services on Tuesday, May 26. Customers are encouraged to place containers curbside by 7:00 a.m. to avoid a lapse in service.
County Residential and Commercial Refuse
Thomas County Monday residential and commercial refuse customers will receive services on Tuesday, May 26. Customers are encouraged to place containers curbside by 7:00 a.m. to avoid a lapse in service.
Landfill
The Landfill will be closed on Monday, May 25. Normal services will resume on Tuesday, May 26.
Country Oaks Golf Course
Country Oaks will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 25. Tee-times are recommended. Schedule tee times online at CountryOaksGolfCourse.org or by calling 229-225-4333.
Municipal Airport
The Municipal Airport will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 25.
