Thomasville’s popular sidewalk sale is a great economic boost for Thomasville’s economy, and Main Street Manager Brandy Avery noted that it’s a great opportunity to support local small businesses. “Our Downtown shops will be rolling out the red carpet to clear out summer goodies as well as showcasing new autumn merchandise. You’ll want to come early for the best deals.”
Downtown Thomasville features over 100 specialty shops and award-winning restaurants. “Think of our Downtown as your shopping and dining playground,” said Avery. “It’s a very walkable area with plenty of benches and seating for a quick rest when your shopping bags get too heavy!” Restaurants, bars, and eateries are conveniently located throughout Downtown Thomasville for a great meal or snack while enjoying the event.
