The City of Thomasville Water Department is scheduled to begin water service installation on Dawson Street between Smith Avenue and Hutch Way on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at approximately 8:00 am. Work is expected to last two (2) days.
There will be a temporary road closure on Dawson Street between Smith Avenue and Hutch Way while the work is being completed. Detour signs will be posted, and travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to prepare for potential traffic delays. Please CLICK HERE for the Detour Plan.
