AMPHITHEATER AND WEST JACKSON DISTRICT OFFICIALLY NAMED

The Thomasville City Council recently took steps to officially name the business district surrounding the 200 and 300 blocks of West Jackson Street and the amphitheater in downtown Thomasville. During regular session on July 23, 2018, a unanimous vote was cast to officially declare the area of West Jackson Street as The Bottom. CITY LAUNCHES DISCOVERY WALK CONCEPT

The City of Thomasville has launched a new tool to help citizens learn more about the projects that impact their community. Discovery Walks will give those interested an opportunity to walk with planners, engineers, and other City staff to hear more about the work that is occurring on projects in Thomasville.
