The City of Thomasville Administrative Offices will be closed Thursday, January 1 in observance of New Year’s Day.
Due to the upcoming holiday, some City services will be affected. Schedules and additional hours are as follows:
Utilities Response Center
Regular 24-hour operational schedule. For assistance, call 229-227-5499.
City Residential and Commercial Refuse
City of Thomasville Thursday residential and commercial refuse customers will receive services on Wednesday, December 31. Customers are encouraged to place containers curbside by 7:00 a.m. to avoid a lapse in service.
County Residential and Commercial Refuse
Thomas County Thursday residential and commercial refuse customers will receive services on Friday, January 2. Customers are encouraged to place containers curbside by 7:00 a.m. to avoid a lapse in service.
Landfill
The Landfill will be closed on Thursday, January 1. Normal services will resume on Friday, January 2.
Country Oaks Golf Course
Country Oaks will be open for normal operating hours, from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 1. Tee-times are recommended. Schedule tee times online at CountryOaksGolfCourse.org or by calling 229-225-4333.
Municipal Airport
The Municipal Airport will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 1.
