The City of Thomasville invites you to create an unforgettable evening at the First Friday Sip & Shop, scheduled for September 6 from 5-10 PM in Downtown Thomasville. The evening brings extended shopping experiences, a range of dining options, enticing food trucks, and a live concert at The Ritz Amphitheater.
First Friday events are a great chance to spotlight locally owned shops and restaurants, with many of them offering extended hours to shop and dine on this special night. Tallahassee duo Saylor Dollar will also perform live along Broad Street from 5-7 pm before the main concert at The Ritz Amphitheater.
“There’s no better time of the year to unwind than a lively evening of shopping, delightful food, and great music,” remarked Brandy Avery, Main Street Director. “Our First Friday Sip & Shop offers a fun experience for everyone!”
This month's free concert at The Ritz Amphitheater features the Mainstream Band, a multi-genre group playing hits for everyone to enjoy. Hailing from the South Georgia area, the band has opened for national acts, such as Blake Shelton, Montgomery Gentry, and ZZ Top. Their anticipated performance will run from 7-9 PM. Additionally, attendees can secure a complimentary cup from any participating business, allowing them to savor adult beverages as they stroll through Downtown Thomasville.
