City of Thomasville Water and Wastewater Department staff have begun repairing a water main on East Walcott Street between North Madison Street and North Broad Street. The work is expected to last one week.
There will be an emergency temporary road closure on East Walcott Street between North Madison Street and North Broad Street. Construction signs are posted, and travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to prepare for potential traffic delays.
