The City of Thomasville will have a contractor installing storm drainage pipes, water mains, and water service lines along Glenwood Drive between Palmetto Drive and Fontaine Drive starting Thursday, March 21.
For crews to install the storm drainage pipes, water mains, and water service lines, Glenwood Drive between Clay Street and Fontaine Drive will be temporarily closed to thru traffic in the work zone starting at 7 am EST on March 21, 2024. The work is expected to last two (2) weeks. Detour signs will be posted to direct traffic around the work zone. Travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or be prepared for some travel delays. Please be patient with the crews while they work. Click here for detour map
