Utility improvements are being made by the City of Thomasville’s contractor on Old Albany Road. There will be an emergency temporary lane closure today for the contractor to safely complete their work on Old Albany Road between Holland Street and Highland Street. Work will be completed today, and flaggers will be at the site to direct traffic while the work is being completed. Travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to be prepared for some travel delays. Please be patient with the contractors while they work to improve the city’s infrastructure.
