City of Thomasville Wastewater Department staff will be working at the intersection of Oak Street and Lewis Street beginning Tuesday, July 9. They will be conducting routine maintenance on the infrastructure. The work is expected to begin at 7:00 am and last for seven (7) hours.
There will be temporary road closures while the crews work at the intersection of Oak Street and Lewis Street. Warning signs will be posted to direct traffic around this work. No through traffic will be authorized at this intersection, but through traffic will be authorized on the roads. Travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to be prepared for some travel delays. Please be patient with while they work to improve the city’s infrastructure.
