City of Thomasville contractors are scheduled to begin driveway construction on Fletcher Street between Victoria Place and the CSX Railroad Crossing. The work is scheduled to begin Monday, August 10, 2026, at approximately 8:00 AM and is expected to last one day.
There will be a temporary lane closure of the Fletcher Street inbound lane between Victoria Place and the CSX Railroad Crossing while the work is being completed. Construction signs will be posted, and travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or prepare for potential traffic delays.
