THOMASVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEKS INPUT THROUGH CITIZEN SURVEY

Posted on

The Thomasville Police Department invites you to complete a citizen survey as part of an ongoing initiative to provide custom-tailored law enforcement service to the community. The survey is conducted every two years to gauge the effectiveness of past performance and create a plan to address newly-identified issues and improve existing services.

“The survey is another way for us to engage the community and receive feedback on all the good work of the officers and civilian staff of the department and also identify areas in which we can enhance our operations and interactions,” noted Thomasville Police Chief John Letteney. “It’s all part of our continuous improvement focus on delivering the best public safety services possible.”

The survey is available online through the Thomasville Police Department’s website, thomasvillepolicega.org, and the City of Thomasville’s website, thomasville.org. It can also be accessed through the Thomasville Police Department’s Facebook page.

The survey takes about five minutes to complete and individual results are completely anonymous.
