The Thomasville Police Department announced the launch of a new website that gives people who use social networks and mobile devices an easier, more effective way to help fight crime and stay informed. EMERGENCY TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE SCHEDULED FOR GLENWOOD DRIVE BETWEEN EAST WALCOTT STREET AND FONTAINE DRIVE

City of Thomasville Water Department staff will begin repairing a water service line on Glenwood Drive between East Walcott Street and Fontaine Drive on August 31, 2022. The work is expected to begin at 9 am and last five hours. There will be a temporary road closure on Glenwood Drive while the work is being completed. The City of Thomasville Administrative Offices will be closed Monday, September 5, 2022 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Due to the holiday observance, some City services will be affected.
