SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT ON NORTH STEVENS STREET

North Stevens Street between West Jackson Street and West Jefferson Street will be closed to thru traffic, beginning Monday, July 24, to replace an aging clay sewer main in the street. Construction is expected to be complete in three to four weeks. During this period, local traffic (i.e. delivery trucks, employees, etc.) will be accommodated to the maximum extent possible. WATER MAIN BREAK IN THE EAST JACKSON STREET/BELMONT DRIVE AREA

Customers between the 900-1300 blocks of East Jackson Street may be experiencing low water pressure. Crews are currently working to repair a water main break at East Jackson Street and Belmont Drive. At this time, we do not have an estimated time when water service will be fully restored, but crews are working as quickly as possible.
