Due to inclement weather that is expected from Hurricane Irma, the City of Thomasville administrative offices will be closed on Monday, September 11, 2017. This closing will impact all administration and non-operational staff. Utility staff and public safety will continue to be operational.
City of Thomasville solid waste services for city and county residential customers and commercial collections will not be in operation on Monday. Schedules will be resumed later in the week once the threat of severe weather has passed for our area. In addition, Country Oaks Golf Course and Landfill Operations will also be closed.
Customers who wish to make utility payments are encouraged to use the Utilities Online link available at Thomasville.org. Payments can also be made by the automated telephone system by calling 227-7001 and following prompts. Once administrative offices are open, payments will be accepted in our Customer Payment Center.
