THOMASVILLE FIRE RESCUE RECRUITS GRADUATES FROM FIRE ACADEMY

Two Thomasville Fire Rescue trainees recently graduated from the Georgia Fire Academy in Forsyth, Georgia. One of the recruits, Kaitlyn Brinson, was presented with the most prestigious award a graduate can receive, The Pinnacle Award. Warmer weather and the end of the school year means more and more Thomasville citizens are enjoying more time outside, many by using golf carts or other related vehicles. TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURE ON EAST JACKSON STREET

The City of Thomasville will engage in water service line repairs in the area of 915 East Jackson Street beginning on Wednesday, June 5, from 6:00 pm until 12:01 am on Thursday, June 6. The Thomasville Police Department is currently seeking reaccreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies.
