The City of Thomasville’s Electric Department will repair a broken power pole at the intersection of Hansell Street and Smith Avenue beginning on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. The work is expected to begin at 8:15 AM and is expected to last two (2) days.
There will be a temporary road closure at the intection of Hansell Street and Smith Avenue while the the work is being completed. Detour signs will be posted, and travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to prepare for potential traffic delays. Click here for detour information.
