City of Thomasville contractors have begun an extensive water system improvement project along Fontaine Drive between Partridge Drive and Glenwood Drive. Work will continue onto Partridge Drive, from Fontaine Drive to Tucwal Street. The project is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete.
During construction, portions of the project area may experience temporary lane and road closures. Construction signage will be in place, and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes or anticipate possible delays while traveling through the area.
