The City of Thomasville administrative offices will be closed Monday, May 25, 2020 in observance of Memorial Day.
Because of the holiday observance, some City services will be affected. City services’ schedules are as follows:
Utilities Response Center
Regular 24-hour operational schedule. They can be reached by calling 229-227-5499.
City of Thomasville Residential Refuse
Monday residential customers will be collected on Tuesday, May 26. Tuesday residential customers will be collected Wednesday, May 27. Regular schedule will resume on Thursday, May 28. Customers are asked to please have containers curbside by 7:00 a.m.
Thomas County Residential Refuse
Monday residential customers will be collected on Tuesday, May 26. Customers are asked to please have containers curbside by 7:00 a.m.
Commercial Refuse
Commercial customers with a Monday collection will have no change in their service schedule.
Landfill
The Landfill will be open for normal hours of operation from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Country Oaks Golf Course
Country Oaks will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tee times are required and holiday rates will apply. Schedule tee times online at CountryOaksGolfCourse.org or by calling 229-225-4333.
Municipal Airport
The Municipal Airport will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
