Contractors will begin construction of sewer main work to serve the proposed Bloomfield Lakes Subdivision by May 15. Work is expected to take approximately two months.
Main construction will begin at an existing sewer lift station on GA Hwy 3 near North Pinetree Boulevard; continue along GA Hwy 3 and across the bypass to Old Cassidy Road; and continue down Old Cassidy Road and terminate at the proposed Bloomfield Lakes Subdivision. The sanitary sewer extension will be constructed inside existing right of way and utility easements.
Please take extra precautions while driving near the construction areas. No road closures are expected at this time. Thank you for your support and patience during these improvements.
