City of Thomasville contractors are scheduled to begin installing a water main across Remington Avenue at the intersection of Ben Grace Drive. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 1, 2026, at approximately 8:00 AM and is expected to last one day.
There will be a temporary lane closure on Remington Avenue between Clanton Street and Lake Circle Drive while the work is being completed. Detour and caution signs will be posted, and travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to prepare for potential travel delays.
