City of Thomasville contractors will begin replacing an existing storm drain on Partridge Drive between Fontaine Drive and Brookwood Drive on Monday, October 19, 2026. Work is scheduled to begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. and is expected to last two weeks.
There will be a temporary road closure to thru traffic on Partridge Drive between Fontaine Drive and Brookwood Drive while the work is being completed. Detour signs will be posted, and travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or to be prepared for some travel delays. The road will be open to local traffic.
