Contractors are scheduled to begin work to install a water main across South Pinetree Boulevard at the Orange Street intersection beginning Monday, June 14th. The work is scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. and is expected to last four hours.
There will be a temporary road closure on South Pinetree Boulevard west of the Orange Street intersection while the work is being completed. The construction will also require a temporary lane closure on Tuesday June 15th to patch each lane of the disturbed area. Travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route and to be aware of potential traffic delays while using the detour. These projects are necessary to prepare for the upcoming asphalt overlay from Old Monticello Road to West Jackson Street.
