Work is expected to last three (3) weeks. Both lanes will be temporarily closed in the work zone allowing local thru traffic only. CITY OF THOMASVILLE ANNOUNCES HOURS OF OPERATION CHANGES AT LANDFILL

The City of Thomasville has announced changes to the hours of operation at the Thomas County-Thomasville Municipal Solid Waste Landfill. Effective January 1, 2023, the landfill, located at 88 Landfill Road, will no longer be open on Saturdays. Weekday hours will remain the same, with the landfill open from Monday through Friday from 7 am – 5 pm.
