City of Thomasville Utilities customers are eligible to enter the Utilities Online Sweepstakes for a chance to win one of ten $50 Visa gift cards. Customers can enter the sweepstakes by registering for Utilities Online at Thomasville.org and making a payment by January 15, 2022.
“We are excited to offer our customers the opportunity to enter the Utilities Online sweepstakes,” said Melissa Donaldson, Director of Customer Service. “This is a great opportunity to get registered with our new and improved Utilities Online service and have a chance to receive one of the ten Visa gift cards that will be given away.”
Donaldson says that customers who have previously registered for Utilities Online will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. “Our customers that have already enrolled for Utilities Online and made a payment online have automatically been entered,” said Donaldson. “We are thankful for our customers that have already registered for the online billing system and hope that many others will take advantage of this opportunity to complete their registration.”
“Utilities Online is a versatile and easy-to-use portal that has enhanced the customer bill viewing and payment experience,” said Donaldson. “The enhanced Utilities Online payment portal provides customers with quick access to their account to view bills, check balances, make payments, and enroll in paperless billing.” Features include an ‘at a glance’ dashboard, securely stored payment information, and automatic payment options such as choosing a specific day for payments to process, email and text reminders, and the ability to link multiple accounts.
For customers that choose not to create an account, they can view their current bill and make a one-time payment without registering. “While we hope that all of our customers will register for Utilities Online and benefit from the high-tech features that make paying your utility bill a breeze, the portal also allows for one-time convenient payments without registering,” said Donaldson. “The sweepstakes is a great time to create an account and start taking advantage of the payment portal’s benefits on a monthly basis.”
