A Customer Service Specialist will contact you to obtain your credit/debit card information over the phone after your form has been received. Please allow two business days for a response.


I understand by signing this form I am applying for my account to drafted through automatic bank, credit or debit card draft. I understand that my account may not be drafted for up to 60 days from the date of this application. During this period, I must pay my utility bill directly to the City of Thomasville Utilities by the due date. Although each of my bills may indicate “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DRAFTED”, I understand that within the 60 day period I must call the customer services at (229) 227-7011 to verify this.

Please execute a draft each month against my bank account or debit/credit to cover utility account as shown above, to continue until canceled in writing.
