During the week of October 2nd through October 6th, the City of Thomasville will observe Customer Service Week, celebrating customers and staff throughout the week.
The public is invited to celebrate at the City of Thomasville Administration Building, located at 111 Victoria Place. Events throughout the week include:
Monday, October 2nd - Customer Appreciation Day
Free hot dogs from noon-1 pm, followed by free slushies from 3-4 pm. Customers can also stop by for special giveaways throughout the afternoon.
Tuesday, October 3rd until Friday, October 6th - “Meet and Greet” & Giveaways
Meet customer service staff beginning at 10 am with opportunities to spin a prize wheel for special giveaways.
There will also be a rose-themed mural on display for citizens to help color in together.
Established by the International Customer Service Association, Customer Service Week was proclaimed a national event by the U.S. Congress in 1992 to celebrate customer service and the people who serve and support customers daily.
