City of Thomasville Utility crews are scheduled to begin work along East Jackson Street on Tuesday, April 13th. There will be a temporary lane closure on East Jackson Street between Vashti Avenue and Phelps Street while crews replace a water service line. The work is expected to begin at 6:00 p.m. and is expected to last six hours.
The inside and left-turn lanes along East Jackson Street between Vashti Avenue and Phelps Street will be closed to westbound traffic. The outside lane will remain open. Travelers in the area are encouraged to exercise caution and to be aware of potential traffic delays.
