Contractors will begin raising valves to accommodate the new pavement along East Pinetree Boulevard between East Jackson Street and the railroad tracks on Monday, March 28. Lane closures will be necessary in order to provide a safe zone for construction workers performing the road work. The lane closure is expected to begin at 7:00 am and end at 5:00 pm.
In addition, the intersection of East Pinetree Boulevard and Remington Avenue will require a closure beginning at 10:00 pm on Monday, March 28. It is expected to reopen at 7:00 am on Tuesday, March 29.
Traffic control will be installed to direct traffic; however, travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route or be prepared for some travel delays. Additional detour information can be found here.
