Arborists will be trimming trees around the historic courthouse, located at 225 North Broad Street, from March 4th - March 6th. This work is scheduled to take place from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Road closures, lasting one day for each street that surrounds the block, will be necessary in order to provide a safe zone for road workers and to complete the work efficiently. The current schedule includes:
- March 4 - closure of the 200 block of North Broad Street
- March 5 - closure of West Washington Street between Broad and Madison Streets
- March 6 - closure of the 100 block of West Jefferson Street
Travelers in the area are encouraged to select an alternate route and to be prepared for some travel delays.
