The City of Thomasville administrative offices will be closed Thursday, November 25, and Friday, November 26, 2021, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Due to the holiday observance, some City services will be affected. City services’ schedules are as follows:
Utilities Response Center
Regular 24-hour operational schedule. They can be reached by calling 229-227-5499.
City of Thomasville Residential Refuse
Thursday residential customers will be collected on Wednesday, November 24.
Regular collection schedules will resume Friday, November 26. Customers are encouraged to place containers curbside by 7:00 a.m. to avoid a lapse in service.
Thomas County Residential Refuse
Thursday residential customers will be collected on Friday, November 26. Customers are encouraged to place containers curbside by 7:00 a.m. to avoid a lapse in service.
Commercial Refuse
Thursday commercial customers will be collected on Friday, November 26.
Landfill
The Landfill will be closed Thursday, November 25. Normal hours of operation will resume Friday,
November 26.
Country Oaks Golf Course
Country Oaks will be closed on Thursday, November 25. The course will be open for normal operating hours on Friday, November 26. Tee times are required. Schedule tee times online at CountryOaksGolfCourse.org or by calling 229-225-4333.
Municipal Airport
The Municipal Airport will be closed Thursday, November 25. The airport will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 26.
