TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE FOR REMINGTON AVENUE

City of Thomasville Utility crews will begin work along Remington Avenue between Stewart Street and Mitchell Place Drive beginning Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Crews will be working on replacing a leaking water service near 741 Remington Avenue. The work is scheduled to be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and is expected to last two (2) days. The Thomasville Police Department is pleased to announce it has received a $36,351.60 High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) grant from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS).
