2016 Community HOME Investment Program

2016 Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) funds are available to assist home buyers with a deferred payment (forgiven) loan of up to $14,999 towards the purchase of a new house. The house would be constructed on property owned by the Thomasville-Thomas County Land Bank Authority.
