CITY OF THOMASVILLE ISSUES COLD WEATHER TIPS AS WINTER WEATHER APPROACHES

JONES ST. CONSTRUCTION AND DETOUR PLANNED

Construction is scheduled to begin on Thursday, January 17 on Jones Street. The work will begin Thursday morning and should be completed by the end of the day. Construction is underway today on Wright Street between Hopkins Street and Bryant Street. A detour will be in place taking travelers from Wright Street to Fern Street, through Lester Street onto Hopkins Street and back on to Wright Street. LESTER ST. CONSTRUCTION AND DETOUR PLANNED

Construction is underway today on Lester Street. Detours are in place that will take traffic down Fern Street to Fletcher Street then down College Street to Lester Street. TPD WARNS OF UTILITY PAYMENT SCAM

It may be a new year, but Thomasville Police Department warns that the same old scams are making the rounds.
