TFR COMMERCIAL BUILDING FIRE INSPECTIONS MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Since 2015, Thomasville Fire Rescue has provided annual fire inspections to all commercial properties within Thomasville’s city limits. The annual inspection period will begin for 2021 in late February and will run through December. SOUTH PINETREE BOULEVARD PROJECT UNDERWAY

On January 4th construction crews began work on the South Pinetree Boulevard improvement project that will provide various enhancements to the portion of the corridor stretching from West Jackson Street to Old Monticello Road. AUTOMATED SPEED ENFORCEMENT OF WEST JACKSON STREET SCHOOL ZONE BEGINS

The school zone on West Jackson Street near Harper Elementary School began automated speed enforcement on Thursday, February, 4th. This enforcement zone is part of the partnership between the City of Thomasville Police Department and RedSpeed USA.
