SCHEDULED CNS OUTAGE ON JANUARY 15-16 WILL EFFECT ALL SERVICES IN THOMASVILLE AREA

A scheduled CNS outage effecting all services will occur on January 15th from 11:59 p.m. until work is completed at approximately 7:00 a.m. on January 16th. This scheduled outage will affect all services in the outage area, including telephone, internet, and cable services. CNS CUSTOMERS IMPACTED BY LARGE TELEPHONE OUTAGE IN GEORGIA

CNS telephone customers in all communities began experiencing trouble with their telephone service Monday afternoon that was a result of a larger outage that impacted 29 areas in Georgia. The issues were first reported around 3:30 p.m. and were resolved at 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 20th.
