The City of Thomasville’s Municipal Auditorium will be undergoing some necessary air conditioning repairs this Thursday, May 9.
The repairs being completed will require access to the building’s roof, meaning the utilization of heavy equipment on a portion of Crawford Street.
For the safety of the community and those working, there will be a temporary street closure near the intersection of Crawford Street and Jackson Street from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm on Thursday, May 9, while the work is being completed.
Drivers in the area should be able to detour around the Crawford Street closure using Remington Avenue. Jackson Street will also still be open for commuters.
