EAST JACKSON RE-STRIPING TO BEGIN SUNDAY

Beginning Sunday, December 3rd, work will begin to re-stripe portions of East Jackson Street. The City of Thomasville announced the improvement project for East Jackson Street last month. TPD’S HARRIS ATTENDS FBI NATIONAL ACADEMY

Thomasville Police Department’s Shane Harris has completed the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Academy program in Quantico, Virginia. IMPROVEMENTS AHEAD FOR EAST JACKSON STREET

The City of Thomasville has announced an improvement project for East Jackson Street. Beginning the week of December 11th, 2017, East Jackson Street from Pinetree Boulevard to Crawford Street will be re-striped. PARK IMPROVEMENTS CONTINUE

The City of Thomasville’s focus on improving public greenspaces has recently hit several milestones. Earlier this month, new playground equipment was unveiled at both Weston and MacIntyre Parks. TFR SHARES FIRE EXTINGUISHER SAFETY NOTICE

Thomasville Fire Rescue has been notified of a fire extinguisher recall that could impact homes in the Thomasville area. Kidde, a manufacturer of fire extinguishers, has announced a recall of almost 38 million fire extinguishers nationwide.
