Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP)
CNSNext is proud to participate in the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP) to provide eligible customers with the opportunity to receive discounted, or in some cases, no-cost access to Internet service. Households can qualify for the program in several ways, all of which require proof of income. The EBBP is a temporary, federally funded program that will expire when funds are exhausted or six months after the Department of Health and Human Services declares the end of the COVID-19 health emergency. The Community Outreach Training Center (COTC) CARES Program is now accepting applications for COVID-19 emergency relief funds for qualified applicants living within the Thomasville city limits. Funding is made possible through the City of Thomasville. COTC can provide assistance with:
- Housing payments
- Utilities payments
- Eviction prevention
- Personal Protective Equipment
- And much more

The State of Georgia Rental Assistance Program
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs will begin administering the State of Georgia Rental Assistance Program (GRA) in early March 2021. GRA can help renters with their past due rent and utilities. Payment will be made directly to landlords and utility providers. Click here to find out more information about the GRA Program.
