Work began this month, beginning with the installation of a new concrete sidewalk that will connect the Grove Pointe Subdivision to a scenic walking trail circling Cassidy Pond, making it easier for residents to access and enjoy the space.
In the wooded area of the park, clearing has begun to prepare for the installation of a new disc golf course, made possible through a partnership with the Red Hills Disc Golf Association and Hands On Thomas County.
