TEMPORARY RUNWAY CLOSURES SCHEDULE FOR THOMASVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT

Contractors are scheduled to begin work at Thomasville Regional Airport beginning Tuesday, April 27th. The work will require temporary runway closures between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with normal runway operations beginning at 5:00 p.m. Runway 14-32 is expected to resume normal operations on the evening of April 29th, while Runway 4-22 will remain closed from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, May 2nd. The City of Thomasville administrative offices will be closed Friday, April 2, 2021, in observance of Good Friday. Due to the holiday observance, some City services will be affected. The City of Thomasville, on behalf of the Thomasville Regional Airport, hereby announces and posts a proposed goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for federal fiscal years (FFY) 2018-2020. The proposed goal is 6.38% for all FAA-AIP funded projects in FFY 2018-2020.
