TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURES ON MAGNOLIA STREET

Contractors are scheduled to begin work April 25th on Magnolia Street from Augusta Avenue to Azalea Street. Work is scheduled to last sixty (60) days from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm each day and includes a new sidewalk, upgrades to the water infrastructure, and some roadway resurfacing. Lane closures will be necessary in order to provide a safe zone for road work and to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. MAGNOLIA STREET OPEN AT ROUNDABOUT ON SOUTH PINETREE BOULEVARD

Magnolia Street at the South Pinetree Boulevard roundabout has opened for both northbound and southbound traffic. Crews have completed the installation of new traffic signage approaching the roundabout advising motorists and pedestrians of yield locations, directional arrows, pedestrian crossings, and speed limits. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE SCHEDULED FOR MAGNOLIA STREET

Contractors are scheduled to begin work along Magnolia Street beginning Tuesday, April 27th. There will be a temporary road closure on Magnolia Street at the South Pinetree Boulevard intersection while crews install stormwater drainage piping. The work is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. and is expected to last four days. Travelers are encouraged to select an alternate route and to be aware of potential traffic delays while using a temporary detour along Pinewood Place, Fletcher Street,...
