THOMASVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT WELCOMES NEW K-9 TO THE FORCE

A new K-9 recruit will now serve and protect the Thomasville community. The City of Thomasville, in partnership with Keep Thomas County Beautiful and Thomas County Public Works, will host the 2024 ‘Bring One for the Chipper’ Christmas tree recycling program on Saturday, January 6. CITY BUDGET TO BE PRESENTED TO COUNCIL

The City of Thomasville will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 30 at 5:30 pm to receive public comments on the City’s proposed budget for 2024. The proposed budget is $135,369,460, which is a 4.3% increase over the 2023 budget. Thomasville’s 2024 proposed budget does not include any funding from property tax, as has been the case since 2012.
