SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT SCHEDULED FOR PEAR STREET

City of Thomasville Utility crews will begin work along Pear Street beginning Monday, August 5th. Crews will be replacing a sewer main on Pear Street between South Street and Orange Street. The work is expected to be completed between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm each day. The project is anticipated to last three months. DETOUR ROUTE CHANGES FOR WEST JACKSON STREET

Construction has begun on the south side (inbound lane) of the 200 and 300 blocks of West Jackson Street. One-way vehicular traffic and on-street parking are available on the north side (outbound lane) of West Jackson Street. WEST JACKSON STREETSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES

The West Jackson Streetscape Project is now in its third month of construction, and project leaders say that everything is moving forward as scheduled. TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURE ON EAST CLAY STREET

City of Thomasville crews will be cleaning and inspecting wastewater mains along East Clay Street beginning on Friday, July 19th.
